Labor Law Practice

The Labor Law Practice group was launched in January 2010. It opened the new branch of services within the company. Our lawyers are well versed in drafting internal documentation for legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. They have also considerable experience in representing individuals and business organizations in courts of general jurisdiction on labor disputes.

Services offered by the Labor Law Practice Group include

• consulting on questions of enforcement of labor legislation, salary accounting, vacation compensation, etc.,
• analysis of actual internal documentation (code of labor conduct, regulations on compensation, regulations on bonuses, employment position instruction, etc.),
• drafting internal documentation,
• preparation of bills of complaint,
• protection of employer (employee) interests in labor disputes,
• other legal services related to the enforcement and interpretation of Russian labor legislation.
