International Practice

The International Practice was recently launched in March 2009. With the establishment of the International Practice, the firm began offering its services to foreign clients entering the Russian market. The International practice also serves Russian clients by providing advice, clarifying, and interpreting national and international law as well as rendering professional legal services abroad.

Services offered by the International Practice Group:

• Consulting on the enforcement and interpretation of international and national law
• Preparation of documents in concordance with legal standards of international and national law (may be prepared in foreign languages as well)
• Preparation of simple and complex international trade contracts
• Legal assistance in structuring and protecting assets in foreign jurisdictions
• Accreditation of corporate representatives in the Russian Federation
• Translation and interpretation from/to Russian during negotiations
• other legal services in the field of international relations
