Sashenkin&Right Legal Services was established on March 16th, 2006 under the name Law Agency Talion Ltd. The team of lawyers was composed of specialists in jurisprudence from the audit sector of the Iron Rule. Thanks to the considerable experience gained in the field of tax law, the lawyers led by Alexander Sashenkin, the present Managing Partner, began offering professional legal services in Krasnoyarsk and the Krasnoyarsk region.

Three years after the firm’s establishment, the Law Agency Talion Ltd. felt that the geographical scope, the range of legal services, and the company structure were not properly reflected by the original firm name. On June 22nd, 2009 Law Agency Talion was renamed to Sashenkin&Right Legal Services.

We have acquired considerable experience in representing client interests before executive authorities and arbitration courts in tax disputes, bankruptcy cases, and civil cases. Today, Sashenkin&Right is organized into 5 practice groups: Tax Practice, Commercial Practice, Corporate Practice, International Practice, Land and Real Estate Practice, and Labor Law Practice. In the three years since our establishment in the Russian market we have helped more than 150 clients. We have had the opportunity to serve major clients from the construction, telecommunication, farming, and logging industries, as well as work with renowned retail and restaurant chains.
